Served as Chief of Staff for Director of Enterprise Supply Chain Health & Readiness in the Enterprise Operations - Enterprise Manufacturing & Supplier Performance organization. In this role, I was responsible for creating standard work, integrating across four teams, and managing the operating rhythm. I also served as the executive office administrator. In addition to my job responsibilities, I also took on special projects including project managing an Operational Excellence initiative working across the enterprise to maintain a master phasing plan, develop presentation content for senior executive leadership, and ensure performance to plan.

Integration Leader for Director of Supplier Management in the Boeing Global Services division.  In this role, I was responsible for creating standard work and integrating across several teams, located both domestically and internationally. I was also responsible for managing the operating rhythm to help drive a more efficient and effective organization and organized events and meetings including team recognition activities, leadership offsites, and supplier meetings.

Supply Chain Execution in the Boeing Global Services division. I served as co-lead of 787 program recovery for Managed Programs working collaboratively and cross-functionally to increase service level by 7% to meet airline customer contractual commitments. In addition to this, I was also project manager for cost reduction initiative tasked with achieving a significant reduction goal to meet 2019 and long range business plan financial targets. Other responsibilities included Business Operations interface responsible for executive and customer presentations, managing operating rhythm, facilitating meetings at all levels, and developing processes to drive efficiency and sustain performance. This role also enabled me to work strategically to rapidly problem solve and implement solutions.
